As if being stressed out wasn’t bad enough, researchers have discovered that even thinking that you're stressed causes serious problems.

A new study found that perceived stress – which is just how much you think you're stressed – causes a higher risk of heart disease.

Researchers found that study subjects who reported high levels of stress had a 27 percent higher risk of having heart trouble.

According to a new survey, each teenager in America receives an average of 3,417 text messages per month – or 114 texts daily.

With this in mind, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention wants to use text messages to get high school students to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Teenagers are currently averaging an average of 1.2 servings of fruits and vegetables per day – and health officials want to bump this up to five servings.

It seems like it would take a lot of text messages in order to make that happen.
